And, I know it is messy, but I just want to be clear that one of the requests that I have asked of you is, if you could please let me know, if I were to refund that portion of the money you paid me, of the $16,000 instead of continuing with anymore sessions, can you please do the math for me and tell me what that exact number would be that I would owe you in your mind as of today if we did not go forward with anything else? I would really appreciate it.
I know that this email may seem right to the point and abrupt, I just want to respect your time as I know it is very valuable and precious. And the video really captures the spirit of it all, which goes into a more detailed explanation. And I did this video because I strongly felt that you deserved a whole and complete update from me as I know it to be right now, and to also honor you and our relationship, Anne-Marie.

My business was hit hard by Covid-19.
Prior to Covid, both mine, and Scott Gallagher’s businesses revolved around, and was dependent upon, face to face, in-person contact for marketing, closing deals and servicing our clients.
Social distancing laws destroyed that for both Scott and I, so we have been forced to re-invent ourselves as individual brands and businesses, working entirely from home connecting with people only online and over zoom now.
We have also had to create new businesses focused on delivering brand new offers in new ways (zoom video meetings combined with private membership sites which we are currently building to serve the new clients our new offers are targeting)

We are also doing important good work for the community volunteering our time helping www.alladdictionsanonymous.com (a not for profit organization founded by Scott Gallagher in 2003) where we just started helping suffering addicts over zoom video conferencing at 715am most mornings before we start work in our respective businesses.
I’m therefore respectfully making the following requests of you;
#1 Quadreal agrees to “NOT show the premises (10 Lisa Street #2502) to prospective purchasers or mortgages of the premises; either directly or through a real estate broker” from August 1st, 2020 up until July 31st, 2021 which is the date my lease renews and ends.

#3 Finally, I’m also requesting that, in the event Quadreal chooses to put an N4, or any other paper work in the mail to me that is related to starting an eviction process on me, that you send me an email on the same day that you have put such a notice in the mail, or any other paper work related to starting an eviction process on me. As I have said in other communications to Quadreal, I have experienced constant hostility from Shakura whenever I have come to a personal encounter with her, meaning face-to-face, including accidentally bumping into her when our paths have crossed on numerous occasions. To keep my anxiety levels from escalating, I keep away from going to P1 as much as possible.
I should be able to see only who I want to see when I’m at home - and my home used to include the P1 area of 10 Lisa Street. Now, sadly it does not.
I do not feel safe going to the mailroom possibly bumping into Shakura , worrying about the virus, and the awkwardness of being in the elevator with the new rules of social distancing.
It is for these reasons that I’m asking you to send me an email on the same day an N4 addressed to me is put in the mail (should you choose to go that route with me).

24 hours later after sending the above email to Anne-Marie, this below notice dated August 12th was delivered to me in person on August 14th just after 11:30 am which forced me into having to provide 13 post dated checks for the rent arrears since I told them on July 5th that I needed until October 5th (ie 90 days) to be left alone before I would be in a position to be able to work out a payment plan with them.

In response to Sameena's e-mails to me since the interruption of our sessions on May 26th, 2020, I just wanted to clarify a few things and also give the refund information she requested.
I first got into contact with you because of a business turnaround video offer that Scott put out on social media. After a short online interview by Sameena, I had my free turnaround session with Scott, followed by homework and a follow up discussion with Scott.
You first got in touch with me (Sameena) and came in through 1212. You saw me live on Facebook putting a beta launch for my 1212 membership site - and you reached out to me on facebook, wanting to sign-up for my 1212 membership site at the time - You first initial contact with me was through facebook requesting I send you a link, so you can sign-up for my beta launch - (online membership site)
I was then introduced to Scott's 12-week Integrity Choices course, which I signed up for and paid $1,356.00. As a bonus, he included 12 Mission Marketing sessions with Sameena.
Integrity Choices is my program, Scott gave me the program to lead to more than several people.
Before completing the Integrity Choices course, Scott started discussing a longer-term business relationship and presented the offer of a year's business coaching, working together and more.
That was followed by a few discussions of what the year commitment would entail and possible payment terms.
All of these discussions were in person with Scott during my Integrity choices sessions, followed up by some communications and videos from Sameena.
Payment for this full year of service was completed in full by Dec 8th, 2019. (Scott requested that I make out the payments to Hope for the Soul TV, after deciding which HST number you guys wanted to use for the income).
Scott, on May 26th, you informed me via Facebook messenger that you're taking two weeks' vacation, then removed yourself from the group conversation and I haven't heard from you personally since.
Sameena resumed communication, also on your behalf, and made an appointment for both of you to meet with me via zoom on June 15th, which was postponed to July 13th.
That meeting was also then cancelled and Sameena mentioned that neither of you would be able to continue the sessions with me and requested the pro-rated amount that would be owing to me in lieu of the remaining sessions.
Our last in person session at 10 Lisa street, Brampton was on March 9th, 2020, at which time Scott requested we continue with zoom sessions during the covid 19 period.
The last zoom session was on May 25, 2020, leaving a total of 29 sessions incomplete. I paid $16,950.00 for 52 weeks, so the amount of refund needed for the 29 weeks = $9,452.88.
I would appreciate if you could make an arrangement with me for the payment of this refund, as I've paid it out of a second mortgage taken on my home (and am paying 10% interest rate).
I'm also having to pay other service providers & courses to receive the business coaching and training that was left incomplete when you discontinued your services.
In addition, I request that you do not send me any other updates on the issues with your landlord and I repeat my previous request to not send me any video responses.
