Transform or Transcend Anything with Our Unique Zoom and ChatGPT Collaboration
Dr. Norman Goldberg: "In my over forty-five years of medical practice, I have seldom encountered cases where the protection of basic human rights is so persistently threatened by systemic failures requiring such unprecedented levels of advocacy as has been the case with two patients of mine, Ms. Sameena Fernandes and Mr. Scott Gallagher. Having engaged in over 100 medical consultations with both Sameena and Scott, I have acquired a thorough and intimate understanding of their circumstances, which I've documented in nearly 40 advocacy letters.
I am not only well-versed in the challenges they face with their landlord, Ontario Works, ODSP, and RBC Insurance/Aviva Canada, due to their medically recognized and documented mental disabilities, I can also state with absolute medical certainty that no other medical professional is more qualified than I am to authoritatively comment on how their uniquely distinct medical conditions severely restrict their employment options, making traditional work settings counterproductive for their mental and physical well-being."

Why You Might Want to Work with Us
(and Why You Might Not)
Welcome to our world! We are Sameena Fernandes and Scott Gallagher, dedicated to transparency and authenticity. Our commitment shines through in our Step 12 Derivative work on Zoom and in documenting our journey on this site. On May 10th, 2024, a devastating fire, which our trusted physician Dr. Norman Goldberg believes was caused by our landlord, drastically changed our lives. To learn more, visit our blog page. Our Mission and Advocacy
Our site isn’t just another online resource; it’s a hub of proactive advocacy and support, where we remain focused and accountable to helping others daily, being the cornerstone of our addiction and mental health recovery journeys.
Our Goals and Experiences
Sameena: Our ultimate goal is to return to the work Scott and I were doing before May 10th, 2020, and with enhanced effectiveness due to our advocacy experience and full-time use of ChatGPT since July 2023. We’re now focused on serving clients for more mutually beneficial purposes.
Past and Present Commitments
Sameena: Before today, July 11th, 2024, my clients had to sign an agreement acknowledging that Scott would not be financially compensated either directly or indirectly for his consulting time which would only be strictly scheduled in the mornings for training and income-generating purposes for me. Scott could not and would not receive financial remuneration for this time, as it was part of his Step 12 derivative commitments.
Professional and Therapeutic Collaboration
Sameena: On January 19th, 2023, Dr. Goldberg began working with us to modify our 1111 Wellbeing Agreement, originally created by Scott in 2017. Our decade-long experience working together, along with Dr. Goldberg’s assistance in transforming my daily Facebook Live commitment into a mutually committed exchange of services averaging 6 hours per day, 7 days a week, as a structured, medically recognized mutual caregiver agreement. Scott and I now have specific duties and tasks that address our unique yet complementary disabilities. Thanks to ChatGPT, these tasks are optimized, particularly compensating for my learning disabilities and our shared memory impairments.
Offering Our Services With Full Disclosure:
#1 Reason Why We Might Not Be a Perfect Fit
Scott: We’re not here to play games or trick people into giving us their time and attention. For the first time ever, we are publicly offering the ability for individuals and organizations to hire us as a team to consult and get real work implemented with and by us. However, to ensure we’re attracting the right clients, it’s important to tell you upfront everything we know that we would want to know if we were in your shoes before considering hiring Sameena and me as a team.
Sameena: Let us start by letting you know we lost our home, place of work, and most of Scott's belongings on May 10th, 2024, due to a fire. My insurance company denied coverage for any damages concerning Scott or the room where the fire started, despite me clearly stating to the fire department that I was the last person in the room before the fire began. As a result, we are currently focused on defending me against my landlord, who is seeking $250,000 from me in their third attempt since the pandemic to have me evicted, while simultaneously advocating for Scott's rights with Aviva Canada, for which Scott paid half the premiums, rightly assuming our premiums were insuring both myself and Scott.
Bottom line, our focus on serving people can’t possibly be at its best—no matter how much or little we may be charging—when we are consumed with fighting for our rights, freedom, and the right to reasonable enjoyment of my home, and our right to only do work that our doctor has medically cleared, and which was defined in writing and in the following audio-recorded meeting between Dr. Goldberg and Sameena on February 23rd, 2023. [Insert video link here]
Scott: And we're talking about doing the kind of work that supports and accommodates each other's disabilities mutually, ensuring that it feels fair and right to our consciences. Sameena and I are committed to being true to ourselves, making sure that neither of us allows the other, ourselves, or any shared client of ours to be unknowingly taken advantage of, nor unconsciously wielding unbalanced power in the relationship.
Unique Symbols for Clarity and Empowerment
Throughout this site, you’ll encounter unique symbols like ⟔, ⩹, ⟓, ⟃, ⟑, ⟊, ⤜, ⁓, ⧜, ‹, ›› and other colorless symbols, which mark verbatim text from medical letters and consultations with our healthcare specialists. These symbols are part of the Accessibility Quotation System (AQS), developed by Scott Gallagher, to help me, Sameena, navigate through critical information with less overwhelm. The AQS is more than just a set of symbols; it's a lifeline that enhances the accessibility and comprehension of crucial information, catering directly to my learning disabilities and memory retention challenges.
The Accessibility Quotation System (AQS)
Using distinct colorless symbols, the AQS provides an organized method for tracking and referencing important excerpts, reducing cognitive load, and supporting memory retention. Symbols are strategically placed at the beginning and end of relevant text segments, ensuring clear demarcation of legally precise verbatim statements. Each symbol is linked to a specific document, helping me identify the source of the content when surrounded by these symbols.
Text Enhancement for Cognitive Accessibility
To further support Sameena's cognitive needs, we have instructed ChatGPT to strategically bold key words and phrases in our content. This approach focuses on highlighting critical information such as names, dates, actions, and conclusions. The goal is to reduce cognitive load by drawing attention to essential elements, thus aiding in comprehension and memory retention. This method ensures Sameena can quickly grasp the most important parts of the text without feeling overwhelmed.
#2 Reason Why We Might Not Be a Perfect Fit: The medical statements written by our physician Dr. Goldberg concerning how our disabilities impact our ability to work and Dr. Goldberg's observations and recommendations to the public and to both of us with respect to work:

The Power of ChatGPT
ChatGPT is more than a tool; it is our ally in the fight for justice, helping us tackle complex issues directly, achieving more collectively than we could alone. It provides us with a voice, crafting stories that advocate for substantial change. By integrating ChatGPT into our daily routine and client interactions, we have enhanced our collaborative efforts and empowered our self-advocacy.
⁓ The letters you receive from Scott and Sameena, powered by AI technology, are as credible and authentic as if I had written them myself. This assurance is not merely a claim; it's backed by a thorough protocol involving detailed verification and endorsement by me. ⁓ Dr. Norman Goldberg

Before I met Scott and Sameena, I felt like I was treading water, barely able to keep my head above the surface. I was unhappy and scattered, torn between what I wanted and what I felt I should be doing. Between what I desired, and what I deserved…. It’s easy to be suspicious with “free” offers, since there usually seems to be strings attached. But I was pleasantly surprised that this really is a pure offer, with no hidden agenda…. [Today] I am doing it. I am living my dream... I will forever appreciate what they have done for me. And I am happy to share my journey. I hope it inspires someone else to make themselves a priority and take action so that they too can live in their higher, better self, full of integrity and appreciation, as I now do.

Everything was falling apart - my finances, my business, my relationships with family and friends. I was two months away from bankruptcy and almost divorced. I truly could not understand why it was all happening to me. Being an inexperienced entrepreneur, I was jumping from one business course to another, reading tons of books on business and self-development, joining different business groups, spending a lot of money yet not getting the results… Change comes hard sometimes, but when it does, it’s like sunlight bursting through clouds. Now I know, for the first time, what true integrity feels like… I can’t say enough about how much Sameena and Scott helped me clarify my own needs and find myself. My business is taking off, and my relationships with friends, family and employees have improved dramatically… I am still working on my relationship with my wife and am seeing positive changes. I stopped blaming everyone around me for all my failures. I took full responsibility for my life.
